Collaborative Project Management
Endurance Project Management (EPM), is intentional in our approach to collaborative project management. From asking key foundational, aspirational, and procedural questions, to providing leadership that guides stakeholders through the collaborative cycle, EPM is committed to helping its clients realize positive, enduring change.
We work with stakeholders at all levels of a project, from customers and front-line staff, to management, directors, and board members. Our ability to provide data-driven solutions and clearly communicate results helps our clients understand and prioritize opportunities. We perform critical functions such as facilitating shared learning, measuring, and communicating performance, and advocating for resources—all with the goal of helping our clients provide meaningful, sustainable results.
EPM’s collaborative leadership approach brings credibility and creativity to the process of guiding clients through the project life cycle, while promoting inclusion, respect, and trust among team members.
What People Are Saying
“As the director of a funder collaborative, I engaged EPM on multiple projects due to its ability to manage across diverse stakeholders and as well as implement strategies with both ‘big picture’ and small detail precision. Having EPM as a neutral project manager was critical in designing and implementing process change, and in resolving issues in a way that makes the change sustainable. I’d recommend EPM for any project where clarity in design, communication, and implementation across leadership ranks down to the project staffing is critical.”

“Sarah Flesher is a consummate project manager who has the uncommon ability to get the right people in the room, present information in a way that all can interpret and ensure that decisions are made. She recognizes and addresses all the details of the project while not losing sight of the larger vision. Outsourcing to her was a great decision.”
