Talk With Me Baby @ Work is a program created through a partnership between GEEARS: The Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students (GEEARS) and the Rollins Center for Language and Literacy at the Atlanta Speech School. The program provides parents and caregivers of young children, as well as expecting parents, with tools and strategies to support early brain and language development.

Endurance Project Management (EPM) worked on the project since its inception; starting with the completion of a landscape analysis of existing parent engagement programs. The findings from the landscape analysis were used to develop the infrastructure for the initial program pilots. In 2016, EPM worked with project partners to develop curriculum and evaluation, pilot projects, volunteer and host-site recruitment and volunteer training. 

In 2018, Hands on Atlanta took over project management and EPM transitioned to serving on the advisory board.
