Since 2015, Endurance Project Management has managed The Mayor's Summer Reading Club (MSRC) on behalf of GEEARS: The Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students and the City of Atlanta Office of the Mayor.  The reading club uses public-private partnerships to:

• Continue to build vocabulary and reading skills in children birth to eight over the summer 

• Coach parents on how to engage with their children around reading

• Improve reading and literacy rates among children in the city of Atlanta 

  
  Endurance Project Management was tasked to implement the program and manage partner recruitment and communication, book selection and distribution, website development, social media and event support. Over the 2015 & 2016 summers more than 50 partners hosted over 200 events and distributed over 50,000 books throughout metro Atlanta.
